Psychology is more important that facts

Dead cattle and propane illustrates how difficult it is to run a refinery these days. The small, rural refinery in Newcastle, Wyoming, has a lot of people up in arms. Several of the refinery critics work in coal mines, but there is no mention of possible pollution from the mines. There is ambient air monitoring and the SO2 levels are way below the limits. WY DEQ inspects twice a year, once jointly with EPA. If these guys aren't following reg's, they are better at hiding things than the big guys - maybe they should look for jobs with BP.
